A successful implementation depends entirely on the training of employees who will work with the system on a daily basis. We train your employees so that they can move forward independently after the implementation. But even after implementation there are training moments. For example, upon the arrival of new colleagues, implementation of new features or upgrading knowledge.
To train your employees, we use the 'Train the trainer' principle. You appoint one or more employees as a key user. This key user will be trained by us so he or she can spread the knowledge about our telematics platform within your organization. Where necessary, our trainers will assist. The key user is the first point of contact for users, but also for our trainers and Service desk. By appointing key users, the level of knowledge is secured within your organization.
